Terms & Conditions — 555cb Platform User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "555cb," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the 555cb platform at https://555cb.app, licensed under an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the 555cb website, mobile interface, and all gaming products accessible through a 555cb account, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and lottery.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 555cb platform.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 555cb platform or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's 555cb account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), including both real-money funds and any bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-cashable balances credited to an account under a specific 555cb promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds from their 555cb account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked across eligible games or markets before they convert to withdrawable real-money funds.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The 555cb platform is strictly available to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 555cb enforces this minimum age requirement without exception. Players who provide false date-of-birth information to circumvent the age restriction will have their accounts suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and may be referred to the relevant licensing authority.

2.2 By registering a 555cb account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are registering the account voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or affiliate of 555cb or any of its associated companies;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 555cb platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• The funds you deposit into your 555cb account are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

2.3 555cb reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one single 555cb account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 When registering your 555cb account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must notify 555cb promptly if any registered information changes.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555cb username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 555cb support immediately.

3.4 555cb reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.1 Before 555cb processes any withdrawal request, the account holder must complete the KYC verification process. KYC is also triggered when cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds, or at any time 555cb deems verification necessary for compliance purposes.

4.2 To complete KYC, you will be required to submit clear copies of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) showing your full name and date of birth;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits is registered in your name;
• Additional Documentation: 555cb reserves the right to request further documentation including source-of-funds evidence where deposits reach levels that require enhanced due diligence.

4.3 Withdrawal requests will remain pending until KYC is completed to 555cb's satisfaction. 555cb accepts no liability for delays in processing withdrawals where the delay is caused by a Player's failure to provide complete or accurate KYC documentation in a timely manner.

4.4 All KYC documents submitted to 555cb are handled in accordance with the 555cb Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by the licensing authority or applicable law.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency: All 555cb account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.

5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods: 555cb currently accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may change at 555cb's discretion. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the 555cb account balance within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

5.4 Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC completion. 555cb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not registered in the Player's verified name.

5.5 Withdrawal Timelines: 555cb aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required. 555cb accepts no liability for delays attributable to the Player's payment provider.

5.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the 555cb cashier section and may be updated at 555cb's discretion. Players are advised to check current limits at the time of transaction.

5.7 Dormant Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. 555cb reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant account balances. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 555cb offers promotional bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds credited to a 555cb account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry period are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in the Bonus Funds being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse: The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once;
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
• Using automated scripts or betting software to place bets at unintended odds or exploit platform errors;
• Withdrawing a deposit immediately after triggering a deposit bonus without completing the applicable wagering requirement.

6.4 Where 555cb determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all associated winnings, cancel Bonus Funds, and permanently suspend the account without prior notice.

6.5 555cb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, 555cb will honour the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook: All bets placed on the 555cb sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the platform. In the event of ambiguity, 555cb's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

7.2 Bet Acceptance: A bet is only accepted and confirmed when 555cb has credited the stake from the Player's balance and issued a unique bet reference number. Until a bet reference is issued, no bet exists regardless of any display shown on the Player's screen.

7.3 Obvious Errors: 555cb reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — including pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical malfunctions. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's account balance. 555cb will notify affected Players promptly.

7.4 In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to a short delay to guard against late betting. 555cb does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time during a live event at 555cb's discretion.

7.5 Casino & Slots: All casino games available on 555cb use certified random number generation. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

7.6 Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game will be completed according to the rules of the specific game. 555cb is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connection failures on the Player's end.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 555cb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant licensing authority or law enforcement agencies:

• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed;
• Collusion with other players, casino staff, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of any automated betting software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities to generate winnings;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from any unlawful activity;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent reversal of deposits after funds have been used for betting or gaming;
• Impersonation of another person or submission of false identity documentation during KYC;
• Any conduct that 555cb reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Players.

8.2 555cb actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may be suspended pending review. 555cb will cooperate fully with licensing authorities and law enforcement in investigations of suspected fraud or match manipulation.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 555cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all products on the platform. The following tools are available to all 555cb account holders at any time through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified duration of continuous platform use;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 555cb platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the minimum self-exclusion period selected.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 555cb platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of 555cb or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of 555cb.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 555cb platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, reverse engineering, or framing of the platform within another website or application.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 555cb's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the value of the Player's account balance at the time the claim arises.

11.2 555cb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm arising from use of or inability to use the 555cb platform.

11.3 555cb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may affect platform availability. 555cb shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned platform downtime.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits 555cb's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 555cb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity;
• The account holder is subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as a vulnerable person.

12.2 Upon account closure, 555cb will process a withdrawal of any verified real-money balance to the Player's KYC-verified payment method, provided no outstanding investigations are pending. Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.3 Players who wish to close their own 555cb account may do so by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

13.1 555cb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 555cb will provide notice to registered account holders via the email address on file at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

13.2 Continued use of the 555cb platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 555cb operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 555cb holds its gaming licence.

14.2 Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint regarding the 555cb platform, you should first contact the 555cb support team by email at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

14.4 These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the 555cb platform, constitute the entire agreement between 555cb and each Player and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof.
